AIDA Terms and Conditions

Agreement between User and AIDA

Welcome to the AI Defender hardware and software and products (“Hereunder referred to as AIDA”). AIDA is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of AIDA constitutes your agreement to all such Terms and AIDA’s Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

General Information

AIDA reserves the right to restrict republishing of content. AIDA content may not be reposted for any commercial use without AIDA’s prior approval. AIDA reserves the right to use the service for advertising.

Services

• Network scanning: Enables you to scan for covert camera devices connected to the WiFi, local network, and Bluetooth.
• Provision of hardware firewall device: Refers to the physical device that monitors for covert camera devices that try to connect to your network.
• AI-powered image scanner: Allows you to upload pictures to determine if they match known covert devices by comparing them to covert camera images scraped from online sources.

Prohibited Uses

AI Defender is a paid service. You may not use this website unless you are subscribed to one of our services. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Defaming a person or business by posting negative content.
• Using the service for illegal purposes or beyond its intended scope.
• Jeopardizing the security of the service.
• Reverse engineering or circumventing security measures.
• Engaging in harassing, intimidating, or predatory behavior.
• Violating privacy or intellectual property rights.

Privacy

Your use of AIDA is subject to AIDA’s Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Using AIDA constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive communications electronically and agree they satisfy legal requirements for written communications.

Your Account

AIDA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at its discretion. AIDA does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users under 18 may only use AIDA with parental permission.

Links to Third-Party Sites

AIDA may contain links to external sites. AIDA is not responsible for the content or actions of these linked sites.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AIDA in accordance with these Terms. Any misuse of the service is strictly prohibited.

International Users

The service is operated from the USA. Users outside the USA are responsible for complying with local laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIDA harmless against losses or damages arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought individually, and class arbitrations or collective actions are not permitted.

Liability Disclaimer

AIDA is provided “As Is” without warranty. AIDA is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

Termination/Access Restriction

AIDA reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time without notice.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are due immediately upon purchase. AIDA reserves the right to modify subscription fees or terminate subscriptions unilaterally.

Changes to Terms

AIDA may update these Terms at its discretion. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
